Odoo Implementation Consultant

Calgary, AB (Hybrid) Odoo Practice Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant to join our growing ERP practice. You will lead client implementations end-to-end — from discovery workshops through go-live and post-launch support — with a focus on Canadian SMBs in construction, professional services, and distribution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery workshops and produce written scope documents
  • Configure Odoo modules to match client business processes
  • Manage data migration from QuickBooks, Sage, and Dynamics 365
  • Train client SPoCs and run go-live support
  • Provide post-launch managed support on a monthly retainer basis
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience (v16 or v17)
  • Strong understanding of accounting, inventory, and CRM workflows
  • Comfortable with SQL and Python for basic customization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Alberta-based or willing to relocate to Calgary
